Job Summary

This role is based in our Bugis Junction Towers office. 

The Marketing & Content Executive is part of the marketing team to support planning and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across the Maritime Energy & Industrial portfolio. This role also provides conference and content coordination support working closely with the Conference Producer.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Execute marketing activities across digital channels.
  • Coordinate production of marketing collaterals.
  • Manage event registration systems.
  • Support development and deployment of marketing assets.
  • Coordinate photographers and videographers for on-site coverage.
  • Provide administrative and operational support.
  • Liaise with creative agencies and external vendors.

Analytics & Lead Generation

  • Use enterprise marketing systems and databases for campaigns.
  • Assist with data management and segmentation.
  • Support post-event surveys and feedback collection.
  • Track and consolidate campaign performance metrics.

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Assist in preparation of publicity contracts and materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for partnership commitments.
  • Support identification and onboarding of new media partners.

Conference & Content Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for conference programmes.
  • Coordinate speaker and sponsor materials.
  • Update programme changes and speaker information on event website.
  • Coordinate speaker communications and logistics.
  • Support scheduling and participation in preparatory calls.
  • Maintain and update conference agendas and databases.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in marketing or events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in liaising with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Adobe tools knowledge is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with enterprise systems such as CRM and CMS.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak event periods.
