Role Overview

The General Affairs Manager ensures smooth operations at HQ and fulfillment sites by managing facilities procurement infrastructure and employee welfare.

What You Will Do

• Facility Management:Oversee office spaces facilities equipment inventory control and procurement.
• Employee Welfare:Optimize welfare programs including benefits allowances meals and shuttle services.
• Operational Efficiency:Enhance working environments and manage administrative duties.
• General Administration:Support events manage communications documents budgets and administrative costs.
• Safety and Compliance:Ensure safety checks and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Communication:Facilitate communication between HQ and fulfillment centers ensuring clear policy dissemination and issue resolution.

Basic Qualifications
