Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised PartTime HSE & Facilities Administrator (22hrs p/w) to provide administrative contractor and systems support to the HSE & Facilities Manager. This role is essential to the safe and efficient daytoday operation of the site and is ideal for someone looking for a parttime position with responsibility and variety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contractor attendance on site ensuring activity is well coordinated and disruption is minimised.
  • Maintain all contractor documentation ensuring paperwork is current compliant and accurately stored on SharePoint.
  • Collate and manage HSE documentation monitoring compliance against site and Group objectives.
  • Support the development of efficient HSE data recording processes to enable timely monthend Group reporting.
  • Coordinate Occupational Health visits and build strong working relationships with service providers.
  • Organise training for colleagues using approved training providers ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

About You

  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable balancing tasks independently within a parttime working pattern.
  • Confident using systems such as SharePoint and working with data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Previous experience in an administrative HSE or facilities environment is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal.
  • PC literate with good MS Excel knowledge and SharePoint experience.
