What Youll Be Doing

No two days are the same here. Youll be the essential link between our drivers our warehouse and our tech:

• Tech Management & Logistics: Youre the guardian of our Saturn handheld devices. Youll manage the check-in/out process for the driver fleet ensuring every unit is accounted for fully charged and updated. If a device is acting up youll log the repairs to keep the operation moving without a glitch.
• Data Guru: Youll navigate our internal Universe system and Google Docs like a pro. Your mission is to maintain real-time data accuracy ensuring that every entry is precise so the depot runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Customer Experience: Youll be the face of DPD for customers visiting the depot. Whether they are picking up a long-awaited parcel or have a complex delivery query youll provide top-tier service and solve problems on the spot.
• Operations Support: You arent just behind a desk. Youll stay active by supporting the warehouse floor crew participating in daily team huddles and helping out with various depot duties to ensure we meet our delivery promises.
• Safety & Standards: Youll help keep the vibe professional and safe by maintaining an organised workspace and following health and safety protocols to protect yourself and the team.

• Digital Fluency: You dont need to be a coder but you should be a natural with tech. Youre comfortable navigating Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) and can quickly learn our bespoke internal platforms like Universe to manage high-volume data entry.
• The Cool Under Pressure Factor: Depots are high-energy environments with tight deadlines. You stay focused and chill when the floor gets busy prioritizing your tasks effectively without losing your rhythm.
