Job Summary

Enterprise Sales Executive Remote & On-the-Go (Travel Stipend) $100K$120K Base Uncapped Commission

About the Role This is a high-stakes high-reward sales role built for someone who has consistently closed large-scale service contracts think $250K average deal size. Youll be driving enterprise-level business for a well-established security services firm serving schools corporate campuses medical centers and more. If youre a builder who thrives on ownership pipeline development and seeing your earnings reflect your output this is the role.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Drive new business focused on large-scale contracts and enterprise clients
  • Leverage existing relationships and/or build a pipeline of $250K opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Attend trade shows networking events and industry functions

Client Engagement

  • Conduct in-person meetings presentations and site walks
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
  • Manage high-level negotiations and executive-level relationships

Strategy & Reporting

  • Own a focused intentional go-to-market strategy from concept to execution
  • Report pipeline activity and forecasts to leadership
  • After ramp-up support sales enablement through process improvement and mentoring

Qualifications

  • Proven track record closing B2B service contracts with an average value of $250K
  • Experience in security facilities janitorial or similar contract-based services strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing long complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Existing book of business or strong ability to build enterprise pipeline from scratch
  • Executive presence strong communication and high-level negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who is organized disciplined and thrives in a remote field-based environment
