These roles are ideal for motivated customerdriven individuals who thrive in a fastpaced performancebased environment and want to be rewarded for their results.
As an Automotive Sales Professional youll guide customers through the vehiclebuying journeyfrom discovery and test drives to presentation and closingwhile delivering a professional transparent and memorable experience.
Whether you bring prior automotive sales experience or strong sales instincts from another industry we provide the training support and structure needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features benefits and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers andmaintainrelationships withpreviousbuyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates inventory and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus not required)
- Strong motivation to succeed in a commissiondriven performancebased environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a highenergy customerfocused approach
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
- Selfmotivated proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license for the state of employment and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check motor vehicle record (MVR) and drug screening
In addition to competitive compensation we offer
- Performancebased commission structure with uncapped earning potential
- Estimated takehome commission range: $60000$100000 annually based on individual performance
- Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on sales results
- Ongoing training coaching and advancement opportunities
- High customer traffic at established Bob Howard Group 1 Automotive dealerships
