Ford of Elizabethton is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team in Elizabethton this role you will be responsible for engaging with customers understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to help them find the perfect vehicle. • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial interest to final purchase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions products and inventory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership sales goals.

• Proven experience in sales preferably in automotive or related industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
