Job Summary
VisionFirst is a local employee-owned eye care provider with 18 locations in Kentucky and Indiana. We are more than just an eye care provider; we are part of the community. And were looking for someone great to join the team.
What Youll Do
Youll be a key part of our patient experience greeting people prepping them for exams conducting pre-tests and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike. Some key job duties include:
- Use diagnostic equipment and perform preliminary testing
- Prepare patients for their eye exams by performing medical history intake
- Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Assist with various in-office procedures that ensure organized and efficient patient flow
What Were Looking For
- Friendly people-first personality
- Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
- Team player who is dependable and takes ownership
- Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus but well train the right person
