Intelligent Automation Analyst I

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Automation & Solution Development

• Design build test and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate Power Apps Power BI Excel and SharePoint

• Translate business problems and process inefficiencies into reliable governed automation solutions

Business Partnership & Delivery

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements define success criteria and deliver automation solutions aligned to business needs

• Communicate solution capabilities limitations and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Governance Documentation & Support

• Create and maintain solution documentation training materials and support artifacts

• Monitor production automations and troubleshoot issues to ensure long-term reliability

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with other analysts architects and business partners to improve automation standards and share best practices

Who You Are:

You are a problem solver who enjoys working with ambiguity and turning ideas into practical scalable solutions. You are comfortable working with stakeholders adaptable to change and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done through automation

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in analytics engineering information systems or a related field

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate SharePoint Power BI etc.) or similar automation and analytics tools

Preferred qualifications that set you apart:

• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with structured data

• Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills

• Experience automating business processes reports or approval workflows

• Familiarity with SharePoint SQL or enterprise data sources

• Experience supporting production tools or solutions in a business environment
