Freight Analyst

The ADI North America leadership team is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods from suppliers to customers. This role is critical in ensuring timely shipments accurate documentation and strong coordination between internal teams carriers and vendors. You will be responsible for driving data collection process mapping and financial data analysis to help achieve value drivers and improvement this role you will directly impact the cost control of all transportation related operations within the ADI network.

JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments; schedule pickups and deliveries
• Track shipments resolve transit issues and communicate status to stakeholders
• Monitor vendor customer and carrier compliance and performance
• Maintain carrier scorecards KPIs and freight performance reports
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation and carrier expense transactions
• Analyze freight costs demurrage and accessorial charges; identify costsaving opportunities
• Support freight expense reporting scrap claims and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain transportation SOPs and documentation repositories
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with warehouse procurement customer service and crossfunctional teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 23 years of experience in transportation or logistics (inbound & outbound freight)
• Experience working with carriers freight forwarders or 3PLs
• Strong organizational multitasking and timemanagement skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUPs a plus) and ERP/logistics systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
