Senior Finance Manager (mfd) Location Saudi Arabia

To strengthen our management team we are looking for an experienced finance leader to take on the role of Senior Finance Manager. This position is intended for a longterm assignment in Saudi Arabia (Al Jubail) and offers the opportunity to assume responsibility in an international environment and to actively shape the financial future of Zeppelin Systems Gulf.

At the earliest possible date we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Al Jubail Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for cash management budgeting midterm planning (MTP) as well as internal and external financial reporting

• Coordination and preparation of midterm planning

• Ensuring a smooth financial closing process including reporting via BPC and preparation of annual statutory financial statements

• Group reporting and coordination of internal and external audits

• Responsibility for tax accounting and tax compliance

• Advising the Managing Director and the Sales team on taxrelated matters and optimization opportunities

• Ensuring compliance with corporate tax and labor laws

• Conducting quarterly risk analyses of assets and liabilities

• Supporting HR functions in particular payroll labor law topics and Workday

• Active involvement in general compliance reporting via ZSD system and coordination of external certifications and compliance requirements (e.g. IKTVA ISO)

Requirements and Expected Profile

• Extensive professional experience in finance and accounting ideally in an international industrial or projectbased environment

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting financial statements budgeting forecasting and midterm planning as well as GCC corporate income tax

• Experience working with BPC ITS ERP and HR systems (Workday is an advantage)

• Strong analytical skills a structured approach to work and a high level of personal responsibility

• Leadership experience and a passion for developing a small accounting team (2 employees)

• Very good written and spoken English skills as well as strong intercultural competence integrity and reliability

• Willingness to commit to a longterm assignment in Saudi Arabia
