Job Summary
Description of the Role
The Luxury Franchise Service Manager at Paretti Imports is responsible for overseeing the provision of exceptional service to our High-Line car franchise customers. This role requires a deep understanding of our high-line car brand and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of service advisors and technicians ensuring efficient and high-quality workmanship
- Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency and customer experience
- Handle customer complaints and issues ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with luxury car brand representatives
- Monitor service department performance including financial targets customer satisfaction and employee productivity
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices ensuring service department remains at the forefront of the luxury car industry
Requirements
- Prior experience in the luxury car industry preferably in a service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in computer programs and systems related to automotive service management
