Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology with a focus on data analysis system maintenance and troubleshooting. The IT Analyst will be responsible for maintaining our companys IT systems identifying and resolving technical issues and implementing new solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the companys IT systems including hardware software and network infrastructure

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by employees

- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security and integrity

- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes

- Develop and implement new IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

- Train employees on new systems and technologies

- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of all systems

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- 2 years of experience in IT support or analysis

- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques

- Experience with system maintenance and troubleshooting

- Familiarity with network infrastructure and security protocols

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
