Project Manager- Contract

Youll be managing personnel coordinating project schedules ensuring that health and safety regulations are observed and regularly reporting project status to internal team members.

You must have experience with HVAC systems and project management as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Pay Range: $125-150K DOE

Location:Augusta

Employment Type:Full-time/ 1 year contract position WILL BE STARTING SOON!

Responsibilities: Meet with the Sales Team to review the secured project including confirming the scope of work deliverables / client expectations reviewing the estimate of costs and identifying any required subcontractors after which they will be responsible for:

1. Project Planning

• Define project scope budget and schedule.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and clients

• Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal Dynaire teams.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure client satisfaction

• Supervise installation maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues

• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Monitor labor costs and project expenditures.
• Negotiate contracts and timelines

• Maintain detailed records of project progress.
• Report regularly to the HVAC Operations Manager Finance Team and President

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as an HVAC Project Manager
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems equipment and maintenance requirements
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Communicate with corporate office via Teams
• RFI submittals
• Exceptional communication leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Strong attention to detail with paperwork
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency with project management software
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various job sites
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering PMP / PMI or related training (preferred but not required)

Reporting Structure:Reports to the HVAC Operations Manager Finance Team and to the President
