Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Product a division of Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team!
Work Authorization:To be considered for the Taylor opportunities candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervises a staff of customer service representatives and ensures customers are satisfied.
- Responsible for training customer service representatives and for developing and implementing operations and policies.
You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related area
- 5 years of experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organization and prioritization skills
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $58000 - $65000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporations total compensation and benefits package for employees.
