Role Overview Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO provider in the beautiful coastal city of Valencia! As a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for customers ensuring a high-quality journey across multiple channels. This is an on-site full-time role in a dynamic people-focused environment that prioritizes empathy professionalism and long-term relationship building.
Your Responsibilities * Omnichannel Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone email live chat and social media platforms.
- Personalized Support: Listen to and address customer concerns with care to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction levels.
- Problem Solving: Offer clear guidance and effective solutions to help improve customer retention.
- Process Improvement: Identify common customer needs and escalate suggestions for internal enhancements.
- KPI Management: Strive to meet and exceed targets related to service quality productivity and customer happiness.
Requirements * Languages: Native or fluent Dutch (C1) and a good level of English (B2).
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
- Experience: Previous background in hospitality customer service or financial services is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for customer-centric work.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Google Suite MS Office and CRM tools.
- Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
