Role Overview
Join a leading global Outsourcing/BPO company in their Valencia office! As an English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for international customers ensuring a high-quality journey across multiple channels. This is an on-site full-time role in a dynamic people-focused environment located in one of Spains most beautiful coastal cities.
Your Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone email live chat and social media platforms.
- Personalized Support: Listen to and address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive experience.
- Problem Solving: Offer clear guidance and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify customer needs and escalate suggestions for internal process enhancements.
- Targets & Quality: Strive to meet and exceed KPIs related to quality productivity and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluency in English (C1 level).
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
- Experience: Previous background in hospitality customer service or financial services is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer-centric work.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Google Suite MS Office and CRM tools.
- Mindset: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
