Your Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone email live chat and social media.
- Personalized Support: Active listening and empathy are keyyou will address concerns and provide tailored guidance to every user.
- Problem Solving: Offer impactful solutions to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Internal Feedback: Identify customer needs and suggest process improvements to internal teams.

Requirements
- Languages: Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) and proficient English (B2).
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
- Experience: Previous background in hospitality customer service or financial services is a strong plus.
- Tech Skills: Tech-savvy with familiarity in Google Suite MS Office and CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills a solution-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for customer experience.
