Your Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone email live chat and social media.
• Personalized Support: Active listening and empathy are keyyou will address concerns and provide tailored guidance to every user.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) and proficient English (B2).
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
• Experience: Previous background in hospitality customer service or financial services is a strong plus.
• Tech Skills: Tech-savvy with familiarity in Google Suite MS Office and CRM tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills a solution-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for customer experience.
