Job Title: French & English Sales Representative (Retail Campaign)

Job Description

We are recruiting a French & English speaking Sales Representative to join an exciting international retail sales campaign based in Umhlanga Durban South Africa.

In this role you will engage with French-speaking customers promote retail products and services and drive sales while delivering an excellent customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales interactions in French and English via phone email and chat
• Promote and upsell retail products and services to customers
• Provide accurate product information pricing and availability
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion
• Manage customer objections and close sales professionally
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
• Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting KPIs
• Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to improve performance

Requirements

• French language proficiency (B2C2 level) written and spoken
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential
• Sales call centre or retail experience is an advantage
• Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and comfortable in a performance-based environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends if required
• Basic computer literacy and CRM system experience
