Job Summary
Are you motivated to deliver quality customer experiences and build solid stakeholder relationships Do you have experience with program management and want to work in a high-tech fast-growing company We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Commercial Operations team and manage large customer projects key initiatives and government tenders in the Defense and Public Safety industries.

As a Program Manager you will oversee the execution of high-priority programs collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. You will have an important role in securing and managing large accounts from initial planning through to delivery all while promoting continuous improvement in project management processes.
Your contribution is appreciated and you will:
- Manage large customer projects initiatives and government tenders ensuring seamless delivery adherence to timelines and alignment with business goals
- Work closely with internal teams R&D Sales Product Marketing Engineering and Finance and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and market needs
- Develop and implement project management methodologies tools and processes to ensure efficiency. Monitor progress resolve issues and mitigate risks in advance
- Build positive relationships with customers acting as a knowledgeable advocate for their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices continuously improving our processes to optimize project execution
To perform well in the role we imagine that you:
- Have experience in a program management role or similar
- Have experience with handling tenders
- Have advanced communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Be equipped with problem-solving competencies in environments subject to frequent change and able to navigate large scale projects with ease
- Are technologically proficient; experience with PLM or CRM systems would add value
- Have effective time management abilities
- Can you assimilate new information efficiently
- Are fluent in English both written and verbal - Additional languages are welcome
Other requirements for the role:
This role involves some travel around 20 days per year. At times additional travel may be needed and we value mutual flexibility. You are comfortable with travel as part of the role but it is not your primary driver.
