About Role: The Deputy Manager PS is responsible for designing configuring and supporting SAP Project. System processes to ensure efficient project lifecycle management. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity enabling seamless cross-module integration and supporting project
execution through accurate budgeting planning and reporting within SAP (ECC / S/4HANA).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Finance or a related field. SAP certification (S/4HANA or SAP PS) is required.
- Experience: 7 years of experience as an SAP PS Functional Consultant. Atleast two full lifecycle SAP implementations or migrations (ECC to S/4HANA or similar) and strong experience in PS
configuration data migration and cross-module integration (FI/CO MM SD PM IM/AA).
Skills Required:
- SAP S/4HANA PS and ECC PS: WBS/Networks/Activities Milestones Cost/Revenue Planning AVC Results Analysis Settlement (to AUC/Asset/CO-PA) DIP/Resource-Related Billing CATS DMS reporting/analytics.
- Data Migration: Migrate Your Data (S/4 Fiori) LTMC/LSMW BAPIs/IDocs mapping & validation reconciliation (FI/CO/AA/IM) cutover execution.
- Methodology/ALM: SAP Activate Solution Manager/ALM ChaRM/CTS test management defect triage.
- Spec & Debug: Strong functional specs for RICEFW; ability to read ABAP logs/dumps; work with developers on enhancements user-exits BADIs.
- Security/Controls: Basic PFCG roles understanding SoD and audit controls related to PS/IM.
- Atleast two full lifecycle SAP implementations or migrations (ECC to S/4HANA or similar)
- Reporting: Fiori apps CDS-based analytics selection variants and reconciliation reports.
- Good to Have: Primavera or MS Project integration Analytics Cloud automation (e.g. scripts for data validation).
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure SAP PS solutions including WBS Networks budgeting (AVC) cost/revenue planning settlement and reporting.
- Lead end-to-end data migration cycles including mapping validation reconciliation and cutover activities.
- Ensure seamless integration with FI/CO MM SD PM IM and Asset Accounting modules.
- Deliver project lifecycle phases (Explore Realize Deploy Run) with quality and timely execution.
- Maintain governance through documentation testing and compliance with audit and control requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve design and process challenges.
- Drive continuous improvements using S/4HANA capabilities automation and analytics.
- Provide knowledge transfer mentoring and training to team members and end users.
