Job Summary

Are you a well-connected recruiter with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry Do you speak both English and Russian We are looking for a result-oriented Freelance Recruiter to help us scale our teams by finding top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract high-quality candidates within the iGaming sector (Tech Marketing Operations etc.).
Manage the initial screening process to ensure a perfect fit for our requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in the Russian and English-speaking markets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruiter specifically within the iGaming or Fintech industry.
Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently.
A strong professional network within the industry.
