Finance Intern (Summer)
We are looking for a Finance Intern to be part of an exciting growth-focused company. At Constellation HomeBuilder Systems part of the Perseus Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc. you will be part of a team and culture that will allow you to thrive and contribute to the long-term success of the company.The Finance Intern will be reporting to the Director of Finance and working closely withtheFinance teamboth onshore and offshore.
Details:
Participate in a special project to streamline and automate current finance processes or financial reports with AI
AR/Collections
Daily cash receipt posting in GP (under review controls)
Customer reminder emailsand collection note updates
Basic data preparation for AR meetings
Business Operations
License (invoice) audits in GPagainstProlicdates
Assist with contract processing and maintaining list
Analyze trends variances and key financial operating KPIs
Assist with data validation reconciliation and documentation
Contribute to current initiatives including standardization of metrics and reporting
Ad hoc requests as required
Requirements:
The successful individual will have the following experience education and ability to develop these demonstrated skills:
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance Accounting Business Analytics Economics or a related field
Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
Interest inprocess standardization improvementsandfinancialanalysis
Exposure toAISQL or analytics tools is an asset
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only):
The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$22.50 - CAD$27.50 per hour.
