Talent Acquisition Specialist

GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing is a company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions within the aviation and aerospace industry.

We are seeking a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting team. This is a fully remote contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

This role is perfect for someone who is hungry to succeed enjoys talking with people and can confidently multitask between phone calls candidate sourcing and computer-based work throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Source recruit and screen candidates for a variety of positions
• Conduct phone interviews and qualify candidates based on client requirements
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate tracking within company systems
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding activities
• Communicate professionally with candidates clients and internal team members
• Utilize job boards social media referrals and recruiting tools to generate talent leads
• Meet hiring goals activity metrics and placement targets
• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• 03 years of recruiting staffing sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone and computer simultaneously
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with sales customer service call centers staffing or recruiting environments is a plus
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Proficient with computers internet research and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Based in DFW metroplex
