WhatYoullDo:
Essential Functions:
Provide physical therapy servicesby administering treatment protocolsunder the supervision of a physical therapist to support patients intheir care journey
Monitorpatientsresponse totheirplan of careand directly report any changesto the PTimmediately
Understands patient health by reviewingpatientscharts and studying therapynotes andhistories.
Support patients in their virtual physical therapy program by instructing encouraging andassistingpatientswiththeir plan of care.
Increase effectiveness ofVoriphysical therapists byidentifyingpatient care issues.
Documents patient care services by charting in patient records.
Documenting other clinical related activities as directed by your supervisor andVoriHealth.
Maintains legal and accreditation compliance by adhering to policy positions concerning federal state and local regulations and JACHO standards.
Obtain andmaintainmultiple state licenses as directed byVoriHealth (expenses related to licensure are paid byVoriHealth).
Continue to update your knowledge of physical therapy through educational opportunities reading periodicals and professional contacts.
Enhancesthe patient experience atVoriHealth throughpatient-centeredvirtual interactions.
Promotes theVoriHealth reputation by commitment to high quality standards for physical therapy andexploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Communicate andassistotherVoricare team members as needed to provide care and create an orderly and effective treatment of rehabilitation and physical therapy

Who You Are:
Required:
Associatesdegree for physical therapy assistant
Active unencumbered PTAin your home state
Residein a state which is part of the Physical Therapy Compact
Orthopedic Physical TherapistAssistantExpertise:âAt least 3 years of experience in digital care or outpatient physical therapy clinic evaluating and treating patients with a range of musculoskeletal pain conditions.
Demonstrated competence and passion for digital care delivery or telehealth: Comfort evaluating and treating patients remotelyutilizinga variety of digital tools to manage care and experience administering a wide range of physical therapy techniques delivered digitally
Proven record of matching patient needs to treatment plans and proven record of implementing these plans safely and effectively
Strong experience administering a wide range of physical therapy techniques delivered digitally
A strong senseof empathy and the ability to motivate patients into pushing their limits in a responsible safe way
Ability to create effective therapeutic alliances with patients while providing exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while working across custom software during patient care delivery.
Excellent interpersonal communication organizational and problem-solving skills
Critical thinking skills flexibility and the ability to design innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
Graceful at managing expectations while pushing for continuousâimprovement
Comfortâworking withinâan environmentâof rapid pace and constantâchangeâ
Preferred:

Work authorization/security clearance requirements:
Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States.
US Educated for bothundergraduateand PTAdegree.
