Job Summary

Position Summary:

Fastener assembly operators work and safely operate/attend basic 2-5 component assembly machines to assemble a single fastener component. They will demonstrate competencies in basic shop math basic print reading and mechanical aptitude a basic understanding of assembly components including form and function and lube function for performance.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
Basic Loading/Unloading Product (Delivering Product)
In-Process Inspection
Visual Management of Machine
Production Paperwork/Operation Audit

Required Skills:

The ability to read and write English.
Basic Print Reading
Basic Shop Math
Basic Inspection Processes (Tools & Measurements)
Basic Understanding of Machine Function
Communication Skills
