Manager, Corporate & Community Education

Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Manager Corporate & Community Education to join our team. This position provides strategic operational and fiscal leadership for Florida SouthWestern State Colleges noncredit continuing education portfolioincluding corporate training workforce development community education professionaldevelopment test preparation camps seminars and micro-credential offerings. The Manager isresponsible for growing revenue improving net contribution monitoring program performanceand ensuring that Continuing Education operates as a self-supporting high-quality market-responsive unit that aligns with regional workforce and community needs. This role functions witha strong business and service orientation and is accountable for developing sustainable revenuestreams identifying underperforming offerings and implementing systems that provide clearvisibility into program-level financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in businesseducation leadership entrepreneurship or a related field.
• Three (3) years of full-time work experience in business corporate training continuing educationor related field.
• Demonstrated experience in budget oversight operational planning revenue tracking financialanalysis or program performance management.
• Ability to travel independently within the Colleges five-county service district.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with a variety of stakeholders.
