At DCI Marketing we design and build high-impact dealership environments (millwork fixtures graphics digital displays furniture and full facility renovations) for the worlds top automotive brands. This role sits at the center of our sales and project teams:youllcreateaccurate competitive and beautifully presented budgets and proposals that help us win automotive showroom projects.

WhatYoullDo

Lead efforts of the production team whose responsibility is to outsourcemanufacturing offixtures andprinted materials.Departmenttasksincludeestimating supplier selection qualityassurance on-time delivery and budgetmanagementfor a variety of simple to complex projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead department to drive success on projects.Work closely with sales designproject management installationlogisticsandclient relations assuring project budgets schedules and quality targets are achieved.Act asatechnical resource to team members addressing and resolving inquiries and problems.Provide training within the company.Mentor and develop department team members and manage employees.

Supplier Management

• Maintaina supplier base which creates and sustains a competitive advantage drives innovation and meets the needs of DCI clients

• Establish build andmaintainrelationships with key suppliers

• Review andassistin resolving any supplier grievances claims conflicts or quality issues

Productionand Estimating

• Responsible for total cost quality warranty and on-time delivery of all production projects

• Estimatingcostsoffixturesand components.Includesdevelopment costs tooling overheadsupplier costsmargins packaging quantitiesetc.

• Prepare final quotes from the data collected to meet the specified timelineand budget

Management

• Serve as a technical resource on materials estimates scheduling and production needs

• Workclosely with cross functional teams to assuretimelyproject deliverables

• Developand trackKPIs drivingthe team toward continuous improvement

• Training development of others and leading and building strong stable teams

• Directly manage the Manager of Graphic Production and Director of Global Supply Chain()

• Provide project support as needed

WhatYoullNeed

• 10 years of related experience and abachelors degree in business Supply ChainManufacturingpreferred

• Knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing of retail fixtures and point of purchase displays

• Effective communicator across multi-functional teams and suppliers

• Familiarity witha variety ofmanufacturingprocesses printingand related materials

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Officeand ERP systems

• Strongnegotiationwritten and oral communications skills

• Passionateabout work and success energetic and engaging assumes ownership of work

• 10-20% travelmay be

• Organized detail orientated good at follow-up

• Effectiveproblem-solving skills
