Human Resources Manager

Our client a well-established driven organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support multiple divisions in a hybrid capacity. This is a high-impact role for a strategic and hands-on HR leader who excels in talent development employee relations and building high-performing teams.

The Human Resources Manager serves as a trusted business partner responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruiting and selection to performance management and culture-building. This role works closely with leadership to strengthen organizational capability enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.

• Salary : Up to $110000 Bonus (DOE)
• Hybrid: Located in LODI CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts including interviewing and coaching hiring managers.
• Develop and implement strategies to build develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on performance development and policy interpretation.
• Manage the performance management process including goal setting reviews and corrective action plans.
• Support a positive collaborative culture through engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and all applicable employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience with strong emphasis on employee relations and talent management.
• Strong working knowledge of recruiting systems HR platforms and HR best practices.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and California employment laws.
• Excellent project management time management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP or similar certification highly desirable.
