Job Description:
- Coordinates and performs the daily functions for supply and equipment distribution for departments as well as shipping services.
- Notifies departments of order status. Advises essential stakeholders of problems and delays on orders as needed.
- Acts as a liaison between department leadership support staff vendors and customers to fulfill supply and equipment requests resolve incorrect orders invoice discrepancies shipping and courier services and vendor returns.
- Receives and inspects incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
Education Requirement:
High school graduate or equivalent required.

Certifications:
Must be willing to become certified trainer for powered industrial lift trucks (OSHA requirement).
Skills:
- Knowledge of supply distribution and materials management terminology.
- Must be courteous to all customers both vendor representatives and employees visiting the Central Distribution Department.
- Needs to have the ability to remain calm when dealing with a variety of tasks at the same time.
Experience:
Shipping and receiving experience required.
