Stage Technician-Part Time-Eldorado
Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
It is the primary responsibility of the Stage Technician is Assist with the day-to-day operation at both the stage and cabaret.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Make sure that all safety requirements are in place and maintained (OSHA)
Operate lighting equipment
Operate audio equipment
knowledge of property audio system and operation
Repair broken equipment / sound audio
Use electrical power source in a safe manner
Assist Entertainers as needed
Assist with the AV Department when needed
Ensure an excellent customer service atmosphere for all guests
Perform necessary side work and maintain a clean and orderly workspace
Follow departmental rules to ensure safety cleanliness sanitation and customer satisfaction
Maintain proper uniform attire which includes proper name tags ID.
Perform any additional duty which the management deems necessary to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and maximize good customer experience

Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience using basic cleaning supplies (broom dustpan spray bottle & towel).
- Positive attitude and ability to be courteous during demanding time
- Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules regulations policies and procedures
- Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
- Maintain a professional neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to hotel standards
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Lifting items occasionally weighing up to 50 lbs
Mobility to include bending reaching prolonged standing and walking accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high
Frequent pushing pulling bending and walking.
Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values service standards and family style service.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence have excellent communication skills and observation skills and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
