Site Director Transformational Clinical Research Leader
The Opportunity

What Youll Do
As Site Director you will serve as the operational and cultural heartbeat of the sitebalancing strategy with execution and leadership with accountability.
Lead & Inspire
- Coach mentor and develop site staff to reach their highest potential and operate as a cohesive high-performing team
- Establish a culture of ownership accountability and continuous improvement
- Champion patient experience retention strategies and enrollment excellence
Drive Performance
- Own site-level KPIs including enrollment targets financial performance and quality metrics
- Implement and optimize operational systems and workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Collaborate with the Business Development teamand Sponsors/CROsto ensure the site has a consistent pipeline of awarded studies
Own the Financials
- Oversee financial performance across trials
- Maintain accountability for invoicingaccuracyand financial forecasting
Who You Are
Youre a proven clinical research professional with leadership instincts financial acumen and the resilience to lead through change. You approach evolving operations with confidence and optimism recognizing their potential to become success stories under strong leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- 3 years of experience in clinical trials (as a primary study coordinator project coordinator or similar role)
- Previous experience at the site-level required
- 3 years of people management experience within the healthcare industry required
- Experience with change management techniques highly valued
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and site-level financials
