Key Responsibilities

• Manage literature lifecycle: updates version control and compliance.
• Maintain metadata and taxonomy for content assets.
• Coordinate workflows between creative compliance and production teams (traffic).
• Support reporting for literature distribution.
• Oversee print production workflows (Litho & Print on Demand).
• Manage vendors specifications and quality control for printed materials.
• Coordinate logistics shipping and distribution across locations.
• Identify and improve workflow efficiencies

Must-have Skills

• Experience with T.M. Storefront (Toppan Merrill) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of print production (paper types color profiles finishing).
• Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes and ability to apply them to work assignments.
• Experience in content governance taxonomy or literature management.
• Workflow/traffic coordination experience.

Nice-to-have:

AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
