Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning operations within an industrial environment ensuring compliance with strict operational hygiene and safety requirements.
- Manage large cleaning teams on-site ensuring productivity attendance discipline and performance standards are consistently met.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication service delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety policies procedures and legislation including site-specific safety rules.
- Manage cleaning materials equipment and chemical control in line with safety standards.
- Use labour management systems (e.g. PRP) to plan schedule and control labour effectively.
- Handle HR-related matters including disciplinary processes grievances performance management and union engagements.
- Conduct regular site inspections audits and safety walks to ensure adherence to SLAs quality standards and health & safety requirements.
- Support contract retention by delivering consistent service excellence and regulatory compliance.
