Product Head: Scored
Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking a Product Head to take end-to-end ownership of scored lending products including strategy roadmap development delivery product performance compliance and client experience. This role is responsible for ensuring products remain competitive scalable digitally driven and aligned with the businesss revenue growth objectives. The successful candidate will drive a score-more strategy by enhancing scorecard integration and continuously optimising workflows across secured unsecured and transaction-linked scoring environments.
Experience:
- 10 years experience in senior business management within a high-performing innovative environment preferably in Banking or FinTech.
- Minimum 5 years experience in product management.
- Proven track record of owning and driving product vision strategy and delivery.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives with competing priorities while influencing diverse business and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively across strategic tactical and technical levels.
- Previous experience in technical roles will be advantageous.
- Strong experience communicating with both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to validate assumptions test theories and measure success.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence across multiple levels within large organisations.
- Experience conducting usability studies and customer research.
- Skilled in product validation and client development through customer feedback.
- Strong ability to use influence and relationships to drive outcomes and achieve objectives.
- Experience leading and guiding cross-functional teams within a product operating model.
- Experience managing and overseeing remote and hybrid teams.

- Strong strategic and commercial thinking with the ability to solve problems using business technology people and product insights.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement: Bachelors Degree. An Honours Degree would be advantageous.
