Job Summary
OVERVIEW:
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Leading endtoend delivery of largescale brand campaigns from concept through to final output
- Partnering with Brand Leadership to translate vision into effective production strategies and outputs
- Setting the operational tone for the team championing best practice clarity and accountability
- Resourcing projects by assigning the right producers and partners based on skillset and complexity
- Collaborating crossfunctionally to align creative marketing and production approaches
- Owning vendor relationships negotiations and production partner performance
- Managing relationships with external vendors freelancers and production partners
- Guiding teams through highpressure moments with a solutionsfocused calm and decisive approach
- Overseeing award entries and case studies to showcase the teams creative impact internally and externally
- Proven experience as a Senior Producer or Executive Producer within fashion lifestyle or creative agency environments
- A strong track record delivering largescale productions both independently and with external agencies
- Demonstrated experience managing producers including development plans and performance improvement
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling and integrated campaign development
- Expert knowledge of production budgeting scheduling workflows and vendor management
- Strong leadership and communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience working across postproduction and technical delivery requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana Wrike Monday or LetsFlo
- A passion for fashion culture and design with instinct for nurturing creative talent
This position requires a minimum of 3-days onsite at our Solihull HQ
