Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40750 - $49860 per year

Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of a wide range of events. As an Event Staff member you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for attendees by providing exceptional customer service maintaining a safe and organized environment and supporting the event operations from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment and materials
• Greet and direct attendees to appropriate locations and activities
• Manage crowd control and ensure the safety of all event participants
• Provide accurate information and assistance to guests regarding the event schedule and amenities
• Monitor access points and verify credentials or tickets as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand walk and move around for extended periods during events
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Previous experience in event support or customer service is preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
