Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and delivery drivers by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and authorized access and document visitor vendor and vehicle activity in accordance with security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents alarms and unusual situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location including perimeter areas gates docks and parking areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Support truck and trailer access processes by checking identification directing traffic flow at controlled points and maintaining accurate logs of arrivals departures and/or exceptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
