OurAmericas Distribution Services Division (ADSD)provides governance and administration of Cat dealers across the U.S. Canada and Latin America.
As the Product Support Operations Representative within the Central US District you will be responsible for providing support for dealer specific product or service development.

What You Will Do:
- Prioritizes development activities with dealers and accesses resources to support.
- Ensure adequate capability and capacity are in place at the dealers to deliver services growth.
- Cultivating and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs as well as capabilities of team members within the department.

- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.

Summary Pay Range:
$97530.00 - $146290.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
