As the Senior Worldwide Retail Experience Lead you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience in key retailers worldwide across all consumer retail product lines (consumer PC Print Supplies and Peripherals including the Hyper X brand).
Key Responsibilities
Sellout management establish a store-level sellout target process and framework for key HP SKUs for both internal and external (retail) partners.
ESF / Promoter management optimize and improve the scoping procurement and operation of 3rd party promoter teams in key retailers worldwide to achieve sell-out targets.
Retail displays / POP develop and execute the in-store merchandising strategy including display guidelines design production execution & maintenance of retail in store assets.
Retail associate engagement & training optimize and improve operation of required tools such as training platform content management incentives and sales enablement engagement tools.
Establish processes and tools for tracking and reporting of agreed metrics such as sellout quotas ROI knowledge retention recommendation rate.
Collaborate with various teams across HP Market Channel Trade Marketing Category and Sales teams
Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Executive-level presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications
Education: University degree is mandatory
Experience: 8-10 years in retail strategy and execution planogram displays training field force management preferably in consumer electronics or IT.
Preferred Qualifications
Working with global regional and country teams
Knowledge of retail environment and consumer electronics market in a key region or worldwide
Consumer electronics experience
Knowledge of HP go to market processes
