National Transport Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transportation operations across multiple sites (10 locations) overseeing teams of staff drivers and vehicles.
• Plan resources effectively to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure service quality safety compliance and cost efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to proactively identify network issues and engage stakeholders for resolution.
• Drive process optimization through project participation and implementation of systems configurations and operational changes.
• Promote a safe professional and compliant work environment through training coaching and enforcing safety standards.
• Analyze and resolve transportation-related incidents using Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies.
• Lead engage and develop the transport team ensuring timely completion of tasks and high performance.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs collaborating with fleet maintenance teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure Driver trainer team to train existing / new driver following the Safety / Company procedure and policy.
• Ensure transport KPIs align with customer contracts and proactively implement solutions to improve service levels.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Logistics Marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years in corporate logistics management with in-depth knowledge of the logistics business.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes including transportation and warehouse management.
• Resilient and adaptable with the ability to navigate change and uncertainty with confidence and lead effectively.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong computer and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the country as needed.
• Thai and English Proficiency.
