- Lead coach and inspire teachers and staff

- Must currently meet Virginia Program Director requirements
- Bachelors Degree preferred (ECE Child-Related Field Business or Marketing)
- Childcare leadership or management experience required
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
