Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join the team of our client located in Vancouver WA.

This role involves general warehouse duties including shipping receiving inventory handling order picking and material movement using forklifts and pallet jacks.
You should be safety-minded dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks and containers
Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift operating experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer or inventory system experience is a plus
