As leader of this iconic business your rolewill be truly end to end driving strategic planning through to business delivery in a fast-paced environment. Essential to this is the ability toseta compelling vision translate local consumer & customer insights into powerful business advantages and foster strong cross-functional relationships. You will be fully accountable for category expanding innovation and resetting theportfoliosprofitability challenges. Also equity & communications where you willbe responsible fora C.10M with room to grow our investment further as we continue to build seasons and rituals in the business.

Organisation/ People Management

You will alsobe requiredto leadengage& developyour direct team to drive marketing excellence and business involves managing a small team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic direction to accelerate portfolio growth in alignment with our 2030objectives.

• Managea very complexbusiness to ensure its continuedsuccessincluding developing future innovation & PPA plans with your team that will ensure pacey bottom- and top-line acceleration.

• Lead the cross-agency team to continue to build on our award winning ATL plans.

• Strong experience in Commercial Leadership.
