We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and People Ops Coordinator who wants to take ownership build strong relationships and be part of creating a company thats scaling internationally with a culture people genuinely enjoy being part of.
The role
This is not a narrow coordination role.
You will operate across talent acquisition events culture and HR with real ownership and visibility. Youll work closely with hiring managers and leadership influencing decisions and raising the bar on how we attract and engage talent.
You will be expected to:

In short: youll help professionalize and scale how we hire and grow.
What you will do
Talent Acquisition
Coordinate and drive recruitment processes end-to-end
Create a smooth professional and welcoming candidate experience
Work closely with hiring managers and challenge when needed to improve hiring decisions
Support and develop how we attract and assess talent
Events (Talent & Internal)
Plan and run talent events (e.g. meetups candidate events employer branding activities)
Support internal events that bring people together and strengthen culture
Make sure events feel thoughtful well-executed and genuinely engaging
People & Culture
Support and contribute to building a strong down-to-earth culture
Own People Operations across the full spectrum: contracts HR queries
Manage and improve HR systems digital workflows
Be a trusted People advisor across the entire organisation
Office & HR
Support office experience and day-to-day operations
Assist in developing and improving HR processes
Take ownership of tasks and projects especially where structure is still evolving
