As a Senior Partner Support Advisor youll be the goto expert for our partners providing exceptional support resolving complex queries and ensuring every interaction strengthens our relationships. Youll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly collaborating across teams and helping shape bestpractice processes that elevate the partner experience. Key responsibilities:
Responds promptly to partner and customer queries ensuring clear communication and timely resolutions.
Supports onboarding and training for new partners and internal team members to build capability and confidence.
Develops and shares operational best practices that enhance the partner experience.
Provides handson support for new product lines offering guidance and practical knowledge.
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes to creating more efficient workflows.
Collaborates with Sales Technical and Operations teams to resolve partner challenges and improve internal processes.
Maintains accurate records of service activations and customer journeys to ensure data integrity.
Documents partner interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately within internal systems.
