We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Waiter who will also support the bar service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in hospitality has strong communication skills and is able to provide excellent service to ensure a memorable guest experience.

What will you do

• Manage the hostel during the night shift.

• Handle guest check-ins and provide assistance when needed.

• Ensure guests comply with hostel and company policies.

• Monitor the property to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Make sure only registered guests are inside the hostel after 11:00 PM.

• Respond to incidents guest requests and basic operational issues during the night.

• Support smooth daily operations and communicate relevant information to the management team.

What do we look for

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Responsible reliable and proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

• Basic problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Intermediate level of English (other languages are a plus).

• Previous experience in hospitality reception or customer service is valued.

• Availability to work night shifts weekends and holidays if required.
