Biology Teacher
You would be working in a well-equipped and highly successful Science department teaching Biology to GCSE with the possibility of A-Level. The department benefits from modern laboratories strong technician support and collaborative planning across all key stages. Students are enthusiastic about Science and achieve strong outcomes across GCSE and A-Level courses.
Lessons are designed to encourage curiosity investigation and independent thinking helping students develop a strong understanding of biological concepts and practical skills. Teachers within the department work closely together to share resources monitor progress and ensure students are consistently challenged and supported.
The School provides a supportive environment where every member of staff is encouraged to develop professionally and contribute positively to school life. You will benefit from strong CPD provision mentoring support for ECTs opportunities for progression and regular staff wellbeing initiatives.
