Junior Research & Innovation Associate

We are looking for a Junior Research & Innovation Associate to join our team and support the implementation of the companys EU-funded projects. The role involves project coordination support administrative and reporting tasks dissemination and communication activities and the preparation of project-related materials and deliverables.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to build hands-on experience in EU projects innovation management project coordination and dissemination activities within multidisciplinary and international consortia.
The role combines innovation-oriented project delivery creative communication and operational coordination offering exposure to cutting-edge tech-enabled and socially impactful projects.
Tasks
- Support the implementation of EU-funded projects including coordination reporting and administrative tasks.
- Assist in the drafting review formatting and quality control of project deliverables reports and supporting documentation.
- Support dissemination and communication activities for EU-funded projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of publicity actions workshops events and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Create content in multiple formats including presentations short texts visuals videos and infographics.
- Monitor deadlines timelines partner inputs and project documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain project files templates documentation and materials in line with company quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Support internal coordination with the project team and external communication with consortium partners where needed.
- Conduct desk research on topics related to innovation digital transformation technology transfer entrepreneurship culture and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the preparation of meeting notes agendas progress updates and partner communication materials.
Requirements
- A university degree in Management Economics Marketing Communication Social Sciences Innovation European Studies or another relevant field.
- Initial exposure to EU-funded projects such as Horizon Europe Erasmus CERV Creative Europe or similar programmes. This will be considered an asset.
- Strong interest in innovation digital transformation technology transfer entrepreneurship culture and EU project implementation.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SaaS and collaboration tools such as Slack Trello Canva Notion or similar.
- Ability to use AI and LLM tools responsibly for productivity research and content creation.
- Strong organizational research writing and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work on time.
- Ability to analyze information solve problems and communicate clearly.
- A growth mindset curiosity openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative fast-moving team environment.
