Patriot Hyundai is actively seeking a high-level Automotive Parts Manager to lead and grow our parts department operations. We are looking for a motivated leader with strong dealership experience inventory control knowledge wholesale parts background and a proven track record of driving profitability and efficiency.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing dealership offering compensation ABOVE current market averages for the Bradley/Kankakee area. Industry averages for experienced dealership Parts Managers in this market typically range from approximately $75000 $95000 annually. Patriot Hyundai is targeting approximately $90000 $120000 annually based on experience OEM background leadership ability and overall performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all fixed operations related to the parts department
Maintain proper inventory levels and maximize inventory turns
Manage wholesale and retail parts operations
Monitor obsolescence and lost sales reporting
Lead train motivate and manage parts department staff
Work closely with service and body shop departments
Control expenses and maximize departmental profitability
Ensure high CSI and customer satisfaction standards
Supervise ordering shipping receiving and inventory accuracy
Develop sales growth strategies and promotional initiatives
Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous automotive dealership Parts Manager experience REQUIRED
Hyundai or import experience preferred
Strong understanding of inventory management and wholesale operations
CDK Reynolds Dealertrack or similar DMS experience preferred
Proven leadership and team-building abilities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Stable work history and professional appearance required
